WHO MAKES THESE ITEMS? I design and make all these items (dolls and jewellery) by myself. There is no outsourcing to other people or different countries. This mean that sometimes colleections take awhile to come out because the process from design to ship is done by me. You can follow my Instagram to see the process (sometimes I post process pictures)!

 

WHERE DO THE MATERIALS COME FROM? Everywhere ! I buy fabrics, lace, charms, stones etc from places I travel to or I ship them in from different countries; primarily Japan or England. I have also hoarded on a lot of items over the years so some items are indeed vintage or even antique!

DO YOU MAKE THE SAME ITEM AGAIN? Sometimes but usually no. I like to create a limited item of each piece so that they are not many duplicates around. As every item is made by me, no two are exactly the same.

 

CAN I RESERVE/SPECIAL ORDER A PIECE?

Yes but I only have two hands to make things so sometimes I cannot accept commissions. Commissions will of course be more expensive than the listed items. A small deposit will also required before a commission piece is made to avoid nonpayment after the commission item is finished. No work will commence unless the design is agreed to by the customer and a small deposit paid.

Reservations will only be held for a maximum of 24 hours to give others a chance.

 

WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT: I don't offer these at this time.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND YOU? Only on Instagram, Facebook or this web store. I do not have a physical store although I do sometimes enjoy doing a maximum of 3 fairs a year to meet customers ! Fairs are usually timed over June, Halloween and before Christmas in  late November/ early December.

 

PAYMENT: I prefer Paylah and Paynow for local Singaporeans. Shipping is also free if payment is via Paylah/paynow. Please message me directly for details if wanting to pay via this method.

(For Singaporean debit card payments please contact me directly to arrange the invoice which is separate from this webshop checking out system.)

However, I also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card and debit card payments. 

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

THE PEG DOLLS ARE NOT TOYS:  The dolls are meant as collector items or as decor. They should not be used as toys especially for young children who still put things in their mouths or tend to be more rough. Please gift responsibly for the safety of your loved ones. 

 

 

HANDLING & AFTERCARE: All items should be handled with care. Avoid wearing in highly chlorinated water. Please remove the jewellery before bed to avoid damaging the piece while you're sleeping. 

Avoid contact with abrasive materials or chemicals.

To clean jewellery  (DO NOT WASH EMBROIDERY PIECES!): Gently wash with water. Do not scrub. When in doubt please contact me.
